Candlelight Service 2013

East County Mortuary along with LightBridge Hospice and ComForcare Home Care cordially invite you to our Candlelight Funeral Services Lemon Grove  of Remembrance. The holidays are a wonderful time of year. But they can be a particularly difficult time to cope with the loss of a loved one. Your friends at East County Mortuary realize that the first Christmas without a loved one is especially challenging. Therefore, we would like to offer a special holiday remembrance to commemorate your loved ones during this holiday season. On Thursday, December 12, 2013 from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM, East County Mortuary, LightBridge Hospice and ComForcare Home Care will be holding a Holiday Remembrance Program for those who have lost a loved one. The program will provide a forum in which families can come together to express their grief, but also, find peace. Join us for an evening of holiday songs, hear a brief inspirational message and light a candle in memory of a family member or friend. 

All families attending will receive a personalized ornament in their loved ones name. These lovely glass angel ornaments will be personalized, one for each person we served or did not serve. The personalized "Guardian Angel" ornaments will be presented to the family with the name and dates of their loved one, to be placed on their own tree or otherwise displayed in commemoration of their loved one for years to come. Beginning at 6:30 PM until 7:30 PM families may arrive and join us for a variety of appetizers and holiday cheer. The Candlelight Funeral Services Lemon Grove will begin at 7:30 PM until 8:30 PM and immediately following the Funeral Services Lemon Grove, please join us as we continue to "Celebrate the Lives" with fellowship and Holiday Desserts.

Attended by family and friends, community business people, city leaders and fellow industry professionals, our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, which also served as a mixer for the East County Chamber of Commerce, was enjoyed by all.

Let's get together to remember.

Not everyone feels like celebrating at Christmastime, no one understands this more than we do. That's why we have a gathering every year to remember your loved one.

We don't expect you to feel like celebrating, but you might just feel better. Plan on joining us; you'll be among friends.
