Single Payment PLANS are available for people between the ages of 0-99. 3-Year Plans are available for people between the ages of 0-87. 5-Year Plans are available for people between the ages of 0-85. 10-Year Plans are available for people between the ages of 0-80. We also have a 30-Day Option: Same as Cash.
The plan is transferable if the insured moves from the area. When transferred, the receiving mortuary or funeral home determines status of the price guarantee.
Plans can provide First Day Coverage (two or three health questions), or be Guaranteed Issue (no health questions) depending the the individual's health.
The Plan may be made Irrevocable to preserve the ability to obtain government assistance in the future.
